Can anyone get sound outside the player with Beta10a?
I've tried the pcmplay, but I'm not able to hear anything. I've checked that I have PCM source selected and that my output is unmuted.
I know this used to work before... Can anyone reproduce this problem with Beta10a?

I hadn't upgraded to beta10a until just now, but no, I can't get any sound either. How annoying.
It seems selecting the mixer source no longer automatically disables the Soft Audio Mute (SAM).
I wrote a quick hack to enable/disable SAM, and with this I can get sound to work again. You'll find it on the developer site:
