Yes, that is what I was using. Unfortunately, the FPM_64BIT blows my CPU budget on the baby processor, but it is close. I can crank up the PLL and probably get a little more with some profiling.
If the PPC has a 32x32=64bit multiply instruction, then FPM_64BIT shouldn't be much slower (if at all) then FPM_APPROX. Make sure you configure with --enable-speed and --disable-debugging though.
If you are still right on the limit, you might want to try some C optimisations I did a while back:

which might be a better solution than tweaking the PLL.
I'll keep you posted on any improvements I make.
