Good morning, I am planning to develop a MP3 player under ARM PDA (Pocket PC 2002) usable by blind people with speech synthesizer support. I think that it would be very interesting for them. I always have written original code. Unfortunately, I have never used third party library or code. So, I am a little lost. I have no idea how to use it. I have tried to compile it and I have lot of compilation errors. Furthermore, I don't understand the API structure. Would there be anyone to help me?
