i have written a mid level access class for mad mp3 decoder engine. It can open, close, read and seek within a mp3 file. But unconfortunately the seek function does not work. The seek function just reads the header of each frame to be faster. Somehow it seeks 19.8x more far than specified. Could anybode look into the code and see whats wrong.
