It seems that you only want a program that can interpret what is in the PCM file.
So go to the internet and you can get some programs that deal with pcm and wav file format.

hi..
I would like to know if is possible to send the decoded sound to a file, not pcm file. A file that contains the values in hexadecimal or binary. I need this because I need to read those values by another program(Microblaze). And I'm not able to interpret the pcm file. The Microblaze interprets C code and VHDL, and then I've to pass those values to a FPGA.
I don't know if anyone can help me.
Bye...
