Hi... I have problem compiling madplay for arm-linux.... I used the arm-linux-gcc 3.2.3, compiled the libmad and libid3tag successfully, but when i compile madplay, i received the following message:
----- compile message starts here ----- checking for id3_tag_parse in -lid3tag... no configure: error: libid3tag was not found *** You must first install libid3tag before you can build this package. *** If libid3tag is already installed, you may need to use the LDFLAGS *** environment variable to specify its installed location, e.g. -L<dir>. ----- compile message ends -----
i got the libid3tag.so.0 at the right folder but it still can't find the file....
If someone knows how to solve the problem, please give me some advise. Thanks.
Regards, Shinta
Hello I cant compile mad libraries too. On Centos 4.2 . It says : error: C++ preprocessor "/lib/cpp" fails sanity check
What can I do? Some told me to unalias ls command. Did it but same error.
