MAD version 0.13.0b is now available.
Highlights of this release include:
- complete file decode, including last frame - support for reading Xing VBR headers in the plug-in for Winamp - fixed visuals display in the plug-in for Winamp for 24- and 32-bit output - support for Layer III ancillary data extraction - fixed MPEG-2 Layer III intensity stereo decoding - new `--downsample' option for madplay (reduced decoding overhead) - fixed PIC-related crashing bug under ARM - libmad should now be thread-safe
