Bug found in MAD regarding streaming: it seems to hijack all streaming, making it impossible to recieve e.g. Ogg Vorbis streams when the MAD plugin is installed. Also, MAD seems to always use the proxy setting in "Internet Options" in Windows/Internet Explorer, rather than the setting in WinAmp.
