I've just committed a working version of MAD into the newly GPL'd CoolPlayer project at SourceForge:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/coolplayer/
There's not an official executable release yet, but I expect you'll see one before long. If you're developer-inclined, you can get the latest code from CVS and try it out.

I never used CoolPlayer. I dumped WinAmp because it doesn't have MP3s management. It's all file based and not user friendly enough for me. I like the way MusicMatch Jukebox arrange the MP3s but don't really like the way it decodes MP3s. I will be very appeciate if you make the MAD-plugin for MusicMatch.
BTW, is CoolPlayer has MP3s management. How it compete with MusicMatch ?
