MAD and streaming OGG

Hi, I was trying the new OGG streams for BBC1 in winamp 2.78 ( http://support.bbc.co.uk/ogg/ ) and noticed that if MAD is enabled they won't work. I'm not saying it's a MAD problem especially considering the early stage of the vorbis plugins and especially the streaming support. I thought I'd mention it here though since I see no reason why the 2 plugins should interact (and clash). I have the latest versions for both plugins. thanks, g.

xmms-mad and mad_timer_zero

hi; this error has been defeating me /usr/local/lib/xmms/Input/libxmmsmad.so: Undefined symbol "mad_timer_zero" its in mad.h as an extern const mad_timer_t i cant find for the life of me where the thing is actually supposed to be resolved! it's obviously not getting resolved or else the loader wouldnt be complaining, right :-) what to do? tnx! johnu -- John L.
